Dan Ventola-Forensic Meteorologist, leading in providing lawyers, insurance companies and anyone in need of past weather.. can provide you with accurate depictions of past weather events, historical weather, previous weather for any moment or any hour or any day or days in the past, whether it be for one hour a year ago or 24 hours in a row 20 years ago and more. I have access to many years of previous weather records for most towns and cities nationwide. I can reconstruct what happened for any time frame in the past, dating back to at least 1900 for some major cities and dating back for many years for most other areas of the United States. Dan Ventola, is a certified meteorologist and weather consultant. His vast experience in working in the field for many years has made Dan a true leader in the weather business. He is expert in forensic weather, weather forecasting, especially in storms such as snow and rain events, etc. with an emphasis in severe weather forecasting and radio broadcasting. He attended Kean University in Union, N.J. and earned his certification from Mississippi State University through further studies/testing at (NOAA) The National Weather Service in Newark, N.J. (NYC) Dan is owner/manager of our office which specializes in forensic meteorology, storm updates, aviation weather and radio broadcasts.

For over 25 years he has consulted with many law firms and insurance companies on weather related legal and/or insurance claims. Cases that he has been involved in range from slip and fall accidents to motor vehicle and boating as well as cases for which damage to — or loss of — property from high winds, heavy rain, snow/ice, flooding, and ocean waves occurred. Tropical storm and hurricane experience includes performing a detailed analysis of the impact of Hurricane Katrina for a home owner no the Gulf of Mexico coast. His experience includes working with the a “major city’s” Prosecutors office regarding a death in a major drug dealer case. The information Dan Ventola provided, helped the prosecutor win the case. Our forensic service is professional and Dan Ventola has been working alongside The National Weather Station for 30 year, doing forensic reports for over 25 years. He charges for his service as a consultant and does not provide free reports. Any information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used to write up your report. We will not start work on your requested report until we call you to discuss the case or request. We will make sure there is no conflict of interest in that I am no providing your opposition with our reports. We work for one side and provide the what occurred. Our “tiers” of service (time frames in you receiving your report from the date of payment) are as follows:

Normal time frame to work on the report then to get your report in the mail:
Tier 1, normal time frame; 7 to 14 days from date of order.
Tier 2 is expedited service, and will mail your report within 3 to 7 days from the date of order (from the date of payment).
Tier 3 is super fast service, we will mail your report within 1 to 3 days from the date of order (from the date of payment).
NOTE: for tier 2 and 3, we cannot guarantee the above time frames of receipt of the report until we know how “in-depth” the report/request is. Extra charge for tier 2 and tier 3 (faster services). Delivery time is subject to our delivery organizations and as we are at the mercy of delivery speed of the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express (FEDEX), etc.
